I wanted to let you know that our female medic that is leaving for Australia, had specifically mentioned how much she liked ASL. She says that Reception knew her name, her phone number and where she was living the moment she checked in. She mentioned that the laundry staff was always extremely helpful (and the ladies noticed and appreciate lingerie bags we were given); and she was happy to find that the kitchen staff was so gracious about preparing meals for people who aren’t able to eat during the normal hours. She said that when she was residing elsewhere, it didn’t matter when a medic might be flying: If they missed a meal, they missed a meal. No one went to the extra step of saving food for them.

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding service provided by your team during my stay at the International Campus In particular the 3 reception staff went the extra mile to answer your questions and meet your requests. The catering staff both behind the scenes and on the shop floor always provided quality food and excellent service despite the large numbers and varying tastes of the international community. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff.
